Refund Policy

Payments toward outstanding financial obligations are generally considered final.

Requests for payment adjustments or refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law, creditor authorization where applicable, and company policy.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
